Stefan, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are to have been taught your methods. Having tried other schools with limited, or at best, short term effect (e.g. while the instructor remained in contact), we can safely say that by following your advice and simple exercises we have been able to improve our management of Sasha. She responds to the exercises in a much more relaxed and amenable way compared to any previous experiences and even enjoys the work - which is obviously the key to your (and now our) success.
